A resolutely south-western restaurant, this gourmet bistro defines itself as an ambassador for its region, both in terms of what it offers and the quality of its welcome and service. The menu is made entirely from fresh, local produce. The cellar reflects the cuisine: exclusively from the south-west. The Tolosa beers come from our own brewery, Les Frères Brasseurs.
Our wine list is made up exclusively of wines from the South-West region.
Specialities: Cassoulet from Castelnaudary; whole duck breast, foie gras and home-made duck confit, Gers pig; duck burger, Iberian ham; profiteroles apple crumble.
