– emergency telephone numbers - Update its tourist information annually
- Display emergency telephone numbers outside the building
- Present all the qualified offers in its area for all clienteles
- Consult the availability of classified accommodation via the website
- Dealing with your complaints and assess your satisfaction
- Offer a tourist information service including new information and communication technologies (social networks, mobile telephony, geolocation…)
- Comply with the requirements of the Quality Tourism Brand
- Provide you a stay advisor
- To guarantee the reliability and timeliness of information on the local tourist offer
