FAQ Pass tourisme

Frequently asked questions Pass Tourisme

When can I start using my Pass? Until when is it valid?

The Pass validity begins when you make your first purchase at a participating site. When the QR Code on your e-ticket is scanned by a customer service assistant at the participating site, this will automatically trigger the 3-day countdown. Your Toulouse Tourism Pass app displays the remaining duration in real time in the “My Passes” tab.

If you purchase the transport option, your 10 free trips can be made without any time limit. In a single trip you may use up to 4 different services within a period of 1 hour from the first validation. Please note that if you make a return trip, or resume your journey on the same line, this will count as 2 separate trips.

Do I have to print my e-ticket?
