At the Sixty-Two table, the plate is a work of art in its own right, echoing the street-art canvases that adorn the restaurant's walls. The artist in the kitchen is none other than Stéphane Mazières. The Chef, humble and passionate, draws his inspiration from the heart of the Toulouse terroir, which he enhances and reinterprets with the seasons, through inventive, locavore cuisine.
