Balthazar offers you market cuisine, bistro dishes prepared from local and quality products mainly from small producers in Midi-Pyrénées (Veal from Tarn and Aveyron, Beef from Tarn-et-Garonne, Lamb and Snails farmers of Haute-Garonne, Gascon pork from Lauragais). The menu changes every week according to the season and inspiration. Wines from South-West producers and charcuterie from Ariège and Aveyron are also featured in this bistro with a warm and retro atmosphere.
