Perlette is a tea room located in the Bourse district, historic heart of Toulouse. Where you can choose to sit comfortably in our indoor room or, weather permitting, enjoy the Terrace. We reinvent the classics of pastry to offer you the most gourmet moment possible. In addition to our pastry menu, we also have a salty menu with daily specials for every day of the week, as well as brunch on Sundays.
