Virgule is a 100% vegan coffee lounge (the first in Toulouse!) with a warm atmosphere, where you can taste specialty coffee (the barista will introduce you to terroirs and origins, flavors and extraction methods ) and other coffee-based drinks (cappuccino, latte, etc.) or tea or organic infusions, hot or fresh, milkshakes, freshly squeezed juices, etc. And at any time, pastries made by Toulouse artisans (cookies, brownies, banana bread, etc.), or for savory cravings, avocado toast, sandwiches, the salad of the moment depending on the season, or the famous grilled cheese!
