LE CENACLE

Restaurant Le Cénacle - La Cour des Consuls hôtel & SPA 3

About

In the elegant and confidential setting of this restaurant, the chef takes you on a visual and olfactory journey, balancing traditional and Mediterranean cuisine. All your senses are invited to take part. The eye must take in the flavours before the taste buds.

The gastronomic restaurant Le Cénacle is set in a truly historic setting. Its superb stone fireplace, dating from 1536 and decorated with the Barrassy family coat of arms, has been a listed historic monument since 1934. On the opposite side of the room, it faces a monumental reproduction of the painting "The Supper at Emmaus", painted by Caravaggio around 1601 and now in the National Gallery in London.
It is in this unique setting that chef Maxime Canal expresses his culinary vision, guided by the seasons and driven by the purity of flavours.
