KIYOSHI
About
At lunchtime, the focus is on the spirit of traditional Japanese cuisine with a set menu inspired by teishoku – an assortment of dishes served on a tray, combining Japanese specialities and fresh produce. In the evening, the restaurant reveals a whole new side with omakase, a multi-course gastronomic experience where the chef crafts the menu according to the seasons, his own inspiration and his guests’ preferences.
Seated at the counter, facing the open kitchen, a select few can watch the dishes being prepared and chat directly with the chef. In this intimate atmosphere, every plate tells a story, blending Japanese influences, French expertise and Mediterranean touches.
