In this old Toulouse house from the 18th century, in the center of the village of Quint-Fonsegrives, Sylvain Joffre and his team welcome you to share a moment of culinary discovery throughout the seasons. In winter directly in view of the kitchens or in summer on the shaded terrace with a view of the aromatic garden. Takeaway only for bakeries and cellars.

Sylvain Joffre wanted to give himself as much freedom as possible with this restaurant, which is why he opted for a no-title formula, with a minimum of choice. This system allows him to express himself completely, with a cuisine that is highly instinctive and constantly changing, following the seasons and nature as his guide.Restaurant with one gastronomic star and one Michelin green star.
