Chez Nòu is a restaurant in the heart of Toulouse-Victor Hugo, where Ariege produce is given pride of place.

In 2021, the Adafta association (Association Développement de l'Alimentation et des Filières Territorialisées en Ariège), chaired by farmer and restaurateur Philippe Lacube, launched the Chez Nòu Ariège Pyrénées* brand. The aim is to promote Ariège's agri-food, farmhouse and craft products.
