With its thought-provoking, festive and international lyrics, Karpatt’s music draws its inspiration from socially conscious themes, populated by endearing, poetic and funny characters.Over the past twenty years or so, Karpatt have patiently built their reputation, from small venues on the circuit to the most renowned (La Cigale, L’Olympia…), and from micro-festivals to major events (the Francofolies, Solidays…).

The band have released nine studio albums and one live album.

In recent years, the band have taken to the roads around the world. This journey has taken them to Central America, Indonesia and Europe, where they have drawn on a nomadic inspiration that shines through in their new album ‘En escale’.
