NATIONAL MARKET OF INTEREST (M.I.N.) TOULOUSE METROPOLE - MANATECH

The National Interest Market of Toulouse is the reference for the food and horticultural sector in Occitania. Its visit allows you to discover where and how the supply of food shops, open-air markets of the region, restaurants... is carried out.

We are immersed in the heart of the organization of the 3rd MIN in France in terms of fruit and vegetable tonnage and 1st in terms of number of producers. We can observe the work of the 150 companies, 300 producers and more than 6,000 subscribing buyers who cross paths here 24/7.

The visit lasts a total of 2 hours (presentation in the hall, tour of the buildings, tour of the site and breakfast).

As the visit is organized in the early morning and goes through refrigerated areas, it is best to bring warm clothing and comfortable shoes.
