Fancy a gourmet getaway with a Corsican twist in the heart of Toulouse? Housed in a charming vaulted cellar with pink brick walls – typical of the ‘Pink City’ – La Cave se Rebiffe offers a warm and welcoming experience centred on the flavours of the ‘Isle of Beauty’.

In this cosy and unique venue, Corsican produce takes centre stage: distinctive charcuterie and cheeses, Mediterranean tapas, bruschetta, spreads and other specialities to share. As for drinks, a selection of Corsican wines – available by the glass – complements the dishes. The owner, Marc, personally selects his wines from Corsican winegrowers he has met during his travels around the island.
