UN DIMANCHE, UN QUARTIER : SOUPETARD

Formerly known as Juncasse, this heavily marshy area was home to a few castles and farms. As the land was difficult to cultivate, it seems people used to have their supper late here! But what remains of those bygone days? We’ll also see that, at the start of the 20th century, an architect built a school complex and a garden city here – do you know who it was? Hint: he built the Nakache swimming pool.
