Open-top minibus
Toulouse is one of the most popular tourist destinations and has its own tourist bus. The CityTour, this red minibus with an open roof, takes you on a complete 1 hour and 20 minute tour of the city’s must-see monuments. You can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the rose-coloured brick buildings while listening to commentary in several different languages on your audio guide. Here the CityTour is also available in a hop-on hop-off format, so you can get off and on as much as you like to make the tour last longer!
The little tourist train
A family favourite, the little tourist train takes you around the city on a choice of two routes. On the Garonne side or the Canal du Midi side, seated comfortably in the carriage and listening to your audio guide, 35 minutes of discovery await you! Children and parents alike enjoy this original form of public transport which manages to weave its way through Toulouse’s famous narrow streets and immerse you in the city’s atmosphere.
Boats
Toulouse is a city of water that can also be discovered by taking it slowly! Here river tourism goes hand in hand with a bucolic trip aboard one of the Bateaux Toulousains.
