RESTAURANT BLANQUETTE

Modern, comforting cuisine just off the Place Dupuy in Toulouse.
We revisit the classics of French gastronomy, using carefully selected local and seasonal produce. Homemade, generous, authentic: our cuisine brings together all generations around sincere dishes. Our star dishes include blanquette de veau, boeuf bourguignon and even confit pork loin.
We offer terrace service, as well as a private room ideal for organising all kinds of events: group meals, birthdays, workshops, meetings or seminars.

At Blanquette, the atmosphere is warm, family-friendly and sometimes festive: we regularly organise events with DJ sets, moments of sharing and good humour. As for the menu, it evolves according to the seasons, desires and ideas, because the range of French cuisine is vast - from the South-West to Alsace by way of the North. There are no limits here, apart from the desire to please, with authentic recipes that are simple but well prepared, in a deeply family spirit.

Blanquette is definitely the place to go for hot, tasty, family-style dishes, a place where you can hang out at the table under no pressure, where you can come at any time of day, on your own, with family, friends or lovers... Just like at grandma's house, after all!
