To the glory of the South-West
With camaraderie as its standard, this neighborhood restaurant has promoted simple, 100% South-West cuisine since its opening in June 2023 in the heart of Toulouse. We share meat platters accompanied by potatoes cooked in duck fat before, for example, enjoying a crème brûlée with musquet du Gers, made with armagnac and orange liqueur. All meats are cooked a la plancha in this 80-seat restaurant, half of which are on the terrace.
