LE GRAM’S

GRAMS 2

About

In the Colombette neighbourhood, just a stone’s throw from Toulouse city centre, Gram’s serves hearty, authentic cuisine inspired by the traditions of the Aveyron and Aubrac regions. The restaurant offers a bistro menu available for lunch and dinner, as well as a lunch menu that changes weekly. The restaurant charms with its friendly atmosphere and spirit of sharing, making it ideal for lunch with friends, a family dinner or a gourmet getaway to discover the flavours of the South-West. A terrace and the option to hire the venue for private events round off the experience.

At the helm of the restaurant, head chef Laura Pelou showcases regional cuisine that is homely, indulgent and meticulously prepared. Here, her hometown of Toulouse meets the flavours of her Aveyron roots, in dishes that put a new spin on the recipes and ingredients dear to the chef: aligot with sausage, Aubrac meats, pâté en croûte, terrines and slow-cooked dishes sit alongside seasonal cuisine that evolves with the availability of produce.

The name ‘Gram’s’ pays tribute to Laura Pelou’s grandmothers, both of whom were cooks, who passed on to her a love of local produce and hearty cooking. This family history is reflected in a menu that prioritises local produce and comforting dishes, whilst leaving room for the chef’s creativity.
