LE GÎTE DES HAUTS DU RÉBEILLOU

This beautiful detached villa, surrounded by a large garden planted with trees, overlooks the Toulouse plain, with the Pyrenees mountains in the background when the weather is clear. A secure gate gives access to the parking area. A lovely terrace runs along the front of the building, where you can enjoy a convivial meal under the shade of an awning. A plancha is available for guests. Down below, a bowling green, lit up at night, is ideal for a game of pétanque, while the little hut at the back of the house is ideal for table tennis and table football! The swimming pool (3.80x9m) is private to the gîte. Sun loungers are available on the beach. A wood-heated Nordic bath completes the leisure and well-being facilities.

The Gîte des Hauts de Réveillou is ideal for a stay with friends or several families with children, to visit Toulouse and its region while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside! The village of Quint-Fonsegrives, just 1km away, offers easy access to all shops and services. The Flourens lake is 3 km away (for hiking, fishing, etc.), the cycle path along the Canal du Midi is only 6 km away and the historic centre of Toulouse is 9 km away (metro Gramont - line A is 14 minutes away by car).

Particular attention has been paid to the decoration of the house, which is warm and bright.

Ground-floor gîte: entrance, large living room with direct access to the terrace, comprising an open-plan kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge (fireplace with woodburner) and TV room. Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer), WC. A corridor leads to the sleeping area: family bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm, bunk beds with 3 single beds 90x190cm), 3 double bedrooms each with 1 double bed 160x200cm and a private shower room. Shared shower room, 2 separate WCs. Oil-fired central heating. Wifi internet connection (fibre).
