Just 18 km from Toulouse, between the Garonne River and the Garonne Canal, you can enjoy a wide range of activities, including wakeboarding (lake 400 m away), cycling along the canal (bikes available for hire at the gîte), and wonderful visits to the pink city and its monuments and museums (Basilique Saint Sernin, Quais de Garonne, Musée Les Abattoirs, Cité de l'Espace, Aeroscopia, Halle de la Machine, etc.). You can also visit the beautiful surrounding towns and tourist sites (Cordes-sur-Ciel, Bruniquel, Montauban, Moissac and Albi).

Gîte on the first floor: entrance, living room (80cm bed) with kitchenette opening onto a south-facing balcony, attic bedroom (2 twin 90cm single beds), shower room, WC.

Electric heating. Access is via an outside staircase that also leads to a private terrace of 25m² on the garden side of the gîte. Landscaped garden with a large natural swimming pool that you can share with the owners. Free WIFI fibre internet connection. Pets not allowed. Balcony on street side. Private car park.
