We are passionate about the world of cheese, and we want you to discover the real taste of cheeses made exclusively from raw cow's, ewe's or goat's milk. Our family-run business is committed to working alongside its manufacturers, the artisans of taste who, better than anyone else, express the authenticity of their terroirs through their cheeses. We are professionals, motivated by quality and conviviality, quests 'refined' over our 40-year history.

Since 1976, Xavier has been selecting and maturing authentic farmhouse-quality raw milk cheeses in his cellars in Toulouse.
