Maison Samaran was founded in 1968, and over more than half a century it has become the essential address in Toulouse for all gourmets and lovers of foies gras. Its long-standing relationship with a loyal clientele of private individuals and restaurateurs has contributed to its reputation today.
In the new shop, you'll find a wide range of products from the South-West: foie gras, with figs, truffles, duck and goose confit, truffles, flavoured oil, fleur de sel and many other products.
