La Laiterie Toulousaine offers cheese-making workshops right in the heart of the cheese dairy! Come and discover the world of milk during a mini-workshop in the cheese dairy and find out all about ferments, raw milk, rennet and all the work involved in maturing cheese.

The milk comes from farms in the Occitanie region, guaranteeing quality milk. The cheeses are processed and matured in this urban laboratory. The aim is to encourage short distribution channels while paying farmers a fair wage.
