Since Sophie took over the gazette from her husband, Valérie has taken up the torch. Working here with her two gourmet apprentices, she is constantly on the lookout for new flavours: spices, condiments and culinary aids.

And there's plenty for gourmets too, with chocolates of all origins, jams and homemade ice creams. Teas and coffees. Local products are also well represented: foie gras, cassoulet, Tarbais beans, seafood: salmon, caviar (Petrossian), and a range of foreign wines, VDN and VDL cream liqueurs, spirits and BIBs to round off the Boutique des Saveurs' already extensive range.
