Since 1973, Betty has been selecting the finest cheeses from France and elsewhere for everyone to enjoy. Through the Marché Victor Hugo in Toulouse, the Betty cheese dairy has fostered the idea that our producers have real treasures to offer and that making and maturing good raw milk cheeses is an art. Discover Betty's real nuggets and balanced, gourmet creations, lovingly matured in a unique maturing workshop in the region!
