For one hundred and thirty years, Domaine de Lastours has been celebrating wines, spirits and fine products. This all-female, family-run business has taken on the 21st century without neglecting the vestiges of the past. Originally founded on rue Alsace in 1893 by the Martin family, who also owned the Domaine de Lastours wine estate in the Corbières, the wine cellar moved to 44 rue du Languedoc in 1912: "It was a way of getting closer to the Garonne waterways and the Port Saint-Sauveur so that barrels of wine could be transported more easily", explains Marie-Claude Dupuy, a committed epicurean who took over the business in 1984.
