UN OURS DANS LE JURA (CINÉMA EN PLEIN AIR)

Synopsis:
A side of Franck Dubosc we weren’t expecting. A film far closer to the Coen brothers’ *Fargo* (to which it openly pays homage) than to *Camping*. A black comedy, then, which paints a snow-covered portrait of a couple of Christmas tree sellers at the end of their tether and an entire small mountain community thrown into turmoil by two mysterious deaths and two million euros in cash. Dubosc, ably supported by his screenwriter Sarah Kaminsky, eschews all cynicism whilst brilliantly avoiding the pitfalls of reactionary morality. In short, the art and craft of restoring the reputation of popular entertainment.
