The itinerary begins at the tourist office, a former keep, and takes you to Place du Capitole, the centre of Toulouse with its town hall and theatre of the same name.

Following the Calle de Taur and its turbulent history, you will come to the Basílica de Saint Sernin, an impressive Romanesque building on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.

No caps, sleeveless tops, miniskirts, shorts, bare shoulders or bare backs. If your shoulders or back are bare or you are wearing a sleeveless top, the Basilica provides shawls. You can get them on the balcony.
