As part of the 30th anniversary of the Canal du Midi being declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Minervois PDO winegrowers are launching a unique touring event to relive the history of wine transport... by barge! In May 2026, the canal will once again be used as a trade route.

From port to port over 61km, they bring the canal back to life by coming to meet you for convivial moments combining exchanges, discoveries and tastings. And because the experience extends beyond the quays, the evenings continue in partner restaurants to celebrate Minervois wines in style.

The next stopover in Toulouse is the La Tourmente barge, which is dropping anchor for a festive, immersive day:
- 2pm - 6pm: wine tastings with the winemakers on the quayside, with the option of picking up your orders directly from the boat as it unloads.
- From 7pm: head to the Flashback Café for an evening of "So Tastes" in the company of the winemakers, featuring wines freshly arrived... by barge.
