Gaspard Chauvelot, ever the stalwart, is back for our 2026–2027 season to keep us up to date with the incredible events unfolding on our beloved planet, in his own unique way.
How do you create a character? How did the screenwriters come up with the idea for Donald Trump and Marine Le Pen? How did the set and special effects teams design the Strait of Hormuz? How does the actress playing Mathilde Panot go about her work? What is the poetic significance of Giorgia Meloni, Raphaël Glucksman and Patrick Sébastien? Does the return of fascism serve a dramatic purpose? How’s my cat? We’ve been asking ourselves these questions together for eight years now. I don’t know about you, but I never tire of it.
