Renowned for the depth of her tone, the evenness of her voice and the richness of her timbre, the Canadian contralto Rose Naggar-Tremblay has, in just a few years, established herself as one of the most prized voices of her generation.
The people of Toulouse remember her dazzling performance as Caesar: cast as Cornelia in our production of Handel’s *Giulio Cesare* in 2025, she stepped into the title role at short notice, just seven days before rehearsals began, and received a standing ovation. She returns accompanied by Robert Gonnella, the Capitole’s long-standing vocal coach for almost forty years.
