Every 1st Sunday of the month, Toulouse Métropole organises and leads bike rides throughout the region in a sporting, friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Discover the city by bike! Here's the route for this Sunday: Enjoy a ride along the water, along the Canal St Martory. It's the ideal way to combine peace and quiet with exploring the banks of the canal.

- Children aged 12 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Helmets compulsory for minors
- Toulouse Métropole guides will guide you along the route, reminding you of safety instructions and giving technical advice on bike maintenance and adjustments.
- You can hire a VélÔToulouse nearby.
- Helmets, suitable clothing, protective gear and puncture repair kit are strongly recommended.
- Cancellations possible in the event of bad weather or low numbers.
