Ever since *Peter and the Wolf* was first performed, generations of children have been captivated by the adventures of brave little Peter.
Prokofiev transforms the instruments of the orchestra into characters in their own right, such as the flute, which becomes a bird. These musical portraits, sketched in just a few notes, closely follow the twists and turns of the story through amusing or surprising variations, right up to the final triumphal march. Following the recent success of his *The Carnival of the Animals* in Toulouse and across France, comedian and keen music lover Alex Vizorek presents a new show based on a classic, skilfully reimagining it to appeal to the whole family, from children to grandparents.
