PALISS’ART
About
In Saint-Aubin, the hoardings at the Line C construction site no longer merely conceal the works: they have become an open-air gallery. For one to two weeks, the artworks took shape right before our eyes: the artists painted as passers-by looked on, day and night. A vibrant and engaging way to keep the neighbourhood’s heart beating despite the building works.
Until 16 June, Paliss’Art is transforming the square into a canvas for street art.
Created to breathe new life into a neighbourhood disrupted by metro works, the project has taken over the hoardings with 30 works by mainly local artists. This year, the theme ‘Imaginary Worlds’ invites us to look beyond appearances, under the artistic direction of Nikko K.K.O.
You can discover works by Bozzart.TT, Ceet, Chris Foetus, Collectif A6000, Debza, David Defebvre, Député, Gaelian Lambert, Georges en Rose, Iwok, Jenna Rozz, Jokolor, Krad, Lars deux, Laurent Treneule, Lon’s one, Moncul, Nicolas Borderies, Naomi Henry, Nuans, Osat, Padre, Pilou, Pins, Puler, Reco3.1, Réda Ibrahim, RKD, Skam 81 and Rony.
Come along to a festive opening on 18 June, featuring meet-and-greets with the artists, face painting for children, concerts, DJ sets and even a breakdance demonstration.
Continue exploring this open-air exhibition until all the works have been sold.
