I love making food, I love rediscovering the smells and tastes of my childhood in what I cook, I love creating a space for conviviality, a unique space for sharing. It's a place where you can enter, a door that opens with each tasting to take you somewhere else, to take you to my home.
So is it possible to feel at home while being somewhere else? I find it an exciting challenge to share the inexplicable, to share who I am, who I was, with a dish and a story, because behind every dish there is a story.
It's well said that we are what we eat, but I'd like to change the phrase this time: I am what I cook.
