A market that highlights the gastronomic excellence of the Occitanie region and promotes its producers through short sales channels.
Over 230 exhibitors, all certified by an official sign of quality and origin from Occitanie, will be on hand to showcase their quality products. You can also take advantage of a rich programme of events, including culinary workshops led by chefs, conferences on agricultural sectors and food quality, a wine library to discover regional food and wine pairings, and lively evenings with bandas to get you in the festive spirit.
It's the perfect opportunity to discover, taste and discuss the culinary heritage of the Occitan region in a friendly, festive setting.
