LE GRAND BANQUET DU STADE

On the programme: a giant meal and the warmth of the big red and black tables! Head to Hall 8 to savour a menu with a South-Western flavour, starting with Ceviche of lean meat, ajo blanco, crunchy onion and herb oil, followed by a shoulder of piglet cooked at low temperature, grenaille potatoes, a Mont d'Or to share, white wine, rosemary and grilled mussels, and to finish on a high note, a vanilla ganache, strawberry coulis with Espelette chilli, pistachio crumble and oxalis.
