This is the story of an only child of Moroccan parents, on the streets of Brussels, among her "brothers". Yousra Dahry's autobiographical one-woman show tells the story of her "only child syndrome".
An only child who responds to expectations by rolling up his sleeves and stubbornly defining himself through the collective. His life is dissected, portrayed and embodied in a skilful dramaturgy that plays on clichés. A life where glibness and resourcefulness mask the flaws. The real life, the life of a woman, recomposed and questioned with panache, humour and sensitivity.
