Whether you're an amateur or a beginner, come and enjoy the banks of the Garonne on foot or in a kayak!
Each route features running and kayaking.
For the runners, it's an adventure on the Ile du Ramier, and for the kayakers, it's along the Prairie des Filtres, the Pont Neuf, the Quais de la Daurade and the Dôme de La Grave.
- Family/discovery circuit: 7km divided into 2km run + 4km kayak + 1km run. Start at 11am.
- Enthusiast circuit: 15km divided into 10km run + 4km kayak + 1km run. Start at 9 a.m.
