JOURNÉES DU PATRIMOINE A LA CHAPELLE SAINT-JOSEPH DE LA GRAVE

Follow the guide for a 30-minute express tour: With its twin domes built on stilts to withstand the Garonne’s floods, the chapel – formerly a hospital for plague victims – stands out in the urban landscape with its exceptional silhouette. A must-see in the ‘Pink City’. (11.30 am, 2.30 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm)

Or why not try the ‘The Plague and its Remedies’ tour: Combining myth, science and tradition, discover the astonishing medical practices of the time. A journey into the heart of the modern era to explore the – sometimes astonishing – attempts to find cures for the plague. A cultural experience that is as informative as it is unusual.
