About

For those who are curious and passionate about history, the European Heritage Days offer an opportunity to (re)discover the richness of Toulouse’s heritage.

The present-day château was built in 1845 on the ruins of a manor house that had been destroyed by fire in 1805.

This weekend, its gardens are opening their doors to you!

Discover the history of Launaguet Castle and the work of Virebent through a monumental projection onto its façade.
This original creation invites you to delve into the castle’s history and gain a fresh perspective on this local heritage. Take a seat and let the walls tell their story. As the images unfold, the château is decked out in its finest, bringing the key moments of its past back to life and coming alive in a spectacle blending history, light and audiovisual art.

Find full details of the programme and timings on the official website of the European Heritage Days.
