About

In the past, Colomiers was home to Toulouse's bourgeoisie on holiday. It is also a market-gardening village that grew with the aeronautics industry. Its heritage is just as varied: discover the town hall, the parks and gardens, the church and the Pavillon Blanc.

In 1950, Colomiers was a village organised around two streets. Today, it is a modern town of 35,000 inhabitants with many shops and leisure facilities.

Discover the town hall, the Cimetière chapel, Place de la Bascule, Parc Duroch and the church of Sainte-Radegonde, and learn about the town's transformation and its economy, linked in particular to the aeronautical industry.

Enter the Pavillon Blanc, the newest building in the town: the media library is also Colomiers' art centre. This building with its white, undulating façades is an architectural project that uses innovative construction techniques.
