One day, I bumped into my former best friend by chance and finally asked her the question that had remained unanswered: What happened 20 years ago that meant we stopped being friends?
This encounter gives rise to an intimate exploration of the bonds we forge and unravelling, whether in love, friendship or even with ourselves, which weaves through memories of adolescence – but not only that.
