PAVILLON BLANC, CENTRE D'ART
About
This is the work of architect Rudy Ricciotti, who also designed the MUCEM in Marseille.
Its audacious curves, frozen like a sail of white concrete, house a 5,830m2 space dedicated entirely to culture. The Blanc Pavilion has multiple spaces: a media library, an auditorium, a conference room, an exhibition hall.
A living venue for exchanges that is bathed in light, it not only offers visitors access to its documents, digital resources and art exhibitions, but also boasts a rich cultural outreach: workshops on writing, plastic arts or multi-media, lectures, conferences, shows, festivals… The objective here is to develop the practices of art lovers in all creative spheres.
