PARC ZOOLOGIQUE - AFRICAN SAFARI

African Safari, a wildlife park situated in Plaisance-du-Touch, near Toulouse, invites you to discover more than 600 exotic animals representing 80 species: African elephants, lions, zebras, Siberian tigers, flamingos, baboons, meerkats… An immersive experience at the heart of nature, where every visit is an opportunity to learn and marvel at the richness of life.
Open every day, all year round, the park comprises two areas to explore: the safari, which offers a superb drive in your own vehicle amongst African animals roaming in semi-freedom, and the shaded, tree-lined walking trail, home to animals from all over the world. Visitors of all ages can discover, learn and broaden their horizons whilst being educated about the protection of biodiversity in an engaging way. Indeed, the teams at African Safari are committed to sharing their passion for and respect of animals with their visitors. Committed to protecting local biodiversity and safeguarding endangered species, African Safari is, above all, a family-run business driven by enthusiasts who do everything in their power to ensure the wellbeing of the animals in their care and to contribute to the conservation of endangered species. Every day, the teams work hard to look after the animals and offer visitors a timeless experience through educational sessions with sea lions and birds, as well as guided snack times.
Set in the heart of an oak forest, the shaded park is a pleasant place to visit in all seasons and ideal for the whole family.

From 17 October to 1 November, the African Safari Zoo is transformed for Halloween. Pumpkins, cobwebs and strange creatures take over the park as part of a special programme for families.
New this year: night-time tours on a few special evenings, offering a different way to discover the animals.
