For two hours, I'll take you through the bustling alleys of the market to meet its artisans, understand its specialities and learn how to recognise quality products. Mature cheeses, traditional charcuterie, seasonal produce... each step will give you a better understanding of the wealth of local gastronomy.

The tour continues with a special tasting session: a selection of products from the market accompanied by three carefully chosen glasses of wine. I'll take you step by step through the food and wine pairings, deciphering the aromas and discovering how to bring out the best in the flavours.
