Just a stone’s throw from the Mantesino restaurant, Focaccia & Sapori offers a gourmet break with an Italian flavour, centred around an unmissable speciality: focaccia. Focaccia & Sapori is also an Italian delicatessen where you’ll find a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, pasta, sauces, tinned foods, pastries, drinks and wines, some of which feature on the menu at Mantesino restaurant.

Every day, the bread is kneaded and baked on the premises before being generously topped with carefully selected Italian produce. Mortadella from Bologna, stracciatella and pistachio pesto, Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, Calabrian spianata… The recipes play with the flavours and produce from different regions of Italy, whilst also offering a vegetarian option and a seasonal special that changes according to the chef’s inspiration. The focaccias are prepared to order and can be enjoyed in the café or taken away. A set menu including a drink and dessert is also available for a complete lunch break.
