About

The Toulouse Museum sits at the crossroads of the life sciences and sport, offering a fresh perspective on the discipline by bringing together historical, societal, geographical and biological viewpoints.

This weekend, it’s opening its doors to you!

At the main site on Allées Jules-Guesde, come and discover what goes on behind the scenes through guided tours of the educational storage areas, behind-the-scenes tours of the museum, and interactive displays highlighting the building’s architectural history. This year, the museum is highlighting heritage that is under threat and considered ‘vulnerable’ through talks and workshops.

Meanwhile, the Museum Gardens in Borderouge offer an exploration of the World’s Kitchen Gardens, where visitors can see over 700 varieties of rare edible plants. Activities and discussion sessions retrace the site’s agricultural history and its restored biodiversity, in a lush green setting perfect for exploration.

Find full details of the programme and opening times on the official European Heritage Days website.
