In the style of a fairy tale, Joël Pommerat imagines the meeting of two very young girls, forced to defy the laws of the real world and break free from those imposed by adults in order to live out their bond of friendship, which they want to be unbreakable.
The question would be: what powers do children possess to counter the authority of adult discourse?
In a form that blends theatre and the novel, Joël Pommerat recounts a series of serious yet innocent events in which the supernatural is, for his characters, the only way to confront inconceivable realities.
